On April 12, 2024 The introduction of the revised Principles of Public Administration developed by the EU/OECD SIGMA programme within the framework of public administration reforms took place in Yerevan. The workshop was attended by representatives of the RA government, the EU delegation to Armenia, the SIGMA programme, international organizations, as well as the high level officials of RA state bodies.

Within the framework of the workshop, a panel discussion on "The status and main challenges of effective management of public resources" was held under the coordination of the experts of SIGMA Programme, in which Zorayr Karapetyan, Head of Methodology, Analysis and International Relations Department of the Audit Chamber, made a speech as a guest speaker. During the panel discussion, Zorayr Karapetyan presented the framework of the reforms of the RA external state audit sector, the implementation of the international obligations assumed by the RA within the framework of CEPA (Comprehensive and Extended Partnership Agreement) in relation to compliance with the international standards of the supreme audit institutions (ISSAI), as well as the existing challenges and strategic approaches of the Audit Chamber aimed at confronting them.

During workshop a number of panel discussions were also held in the field of public administration regarding the issues of coordination of public administration reforms, challenges of increasing the quality of public services, reforms in the field of public procurement.
