On April 4, 2025, the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia hosted Deputy Auditor General of Vietnam Tran Minh Khuong and Deputy Director General of the International Cooperation Department of the State Audit Office of Vietnam Lang Trinh Mai Huong. They were part of the delegation led by the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The meeting, which was primarily of an introductory nature, aimed to explore potential areas of cooperation between the supreme audit institutions of the two countries, with a focus on leveraging existing potential to enhance institutional effectiveness.

During the discussions ranging from the legal frameworks governing the operations of the Audit Chamber of Armenia and the State Audit Office of Vietnam to practical working procedures both sides agreed that despite existing differences, there are significant commonalities between the two institutions. Cooperation, particularly through the exchange of experience, could contribute meaningfully to addressing institutional challenges more effectively.

The parties agreed to continue working-level discussions in areas of mutual interest.
