On February 16^th, 2024, an online donor coordination meeting dedicated to the framework of the Audit Chamber reforms took place. The meeting was attended by the Chairman, employees of the Audit Chamber, as well as the representatives from the European Union/OECD joint SIGMA project, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Government Accountability Office the United States (GAO), the Swedish National Audit Office, the United Nations Development Programme (Modern Parliament for a Modern Armenia) in Armenia and from the Asian Development Bank (Armenia Fiscal Sustainability and Financial Market Development Program).

In the opening speech of the meeting, Mr. Atom Janjughazyan, Chairman of the Audit Chamber highly appreciated the contribution of external partners in the implementation of the strategic development plan of the Audit Chamber, expressing hope that the scope of cooperation will be further expanded in the upcoming strategic phase to ensure the continuous development of the external state auditing in Armenia.

During the session, Mr. Zorayr Karapetyan, Head of Methodology, Analysis and International Relations Department of the Audit Chamber, presented a summary of the results of the implementation of the strategic development plan for 2020-2023, as well as the upcoming activities within the framework of the 2024-2025 strategy.

The external partners of the Audit Chamber, in their turn, expressed high satisfaction for the achievements recorded as a result of the three-year strategic plan, expressing their willingness to continue their participation in the implementation of the capacity development activities of the Audit Chamber.
